Piedmont Vintage Homes, LLC, is an independent design/build firm servicing Loudoun and Fairfax counties. The owners of Piedmont Vintage Home are college educated engineers with a passion for both working on old homes and creating the ideal Period home reproductions.
| John Broman founded Piedmont Vintage Homes in 2003 after looking for a suitable "old house" for his expanding family. After "doing the math", he realized that his family would be better off building a custom reproduction of an 1850's "Carpenter Gothic" home rather than buying the headaches involved with a 150 year old house. |

Gregory "Greco" Myren joined the firm in 2005 after completing a renovation on his own beautiful 1890 farmhouse. He and his family split their time between their farmhouse and a custom designed cabin retreat in the Short Hill Mountains. |
