Slater Road Project
This Civil War era early Victorian has a "Carpenter Gothic" influence. This classic NEW house has all the modern conveniences you would expect.  The third floor is fully finished and functional with 5 windows,  and is accessed via the normal beautiful winding staircase which begins at the first floor foyer.    Note the house was designed so that there are no pipes protruding through the roof and are not visible. The basement has 9 foot ceilings, the first floor has 10 foot ceilings, the second floor has 9 foot ceilings, and the third floor has 8 foot ceilings. The windows are the classic 2 over 2 double hung windows complete with sash weights and brass chains.
