Building relationships and advancing health equity are at the core of Caitlin Loyd’s work. A skilled evaluator, researcher, and public health consultant, herÌýexpertiseÌýspans program evaluation, mixed-methods data analysis, maternal and child health, mental health equity, and public health infrastructure.ÌýShe isÌýparticularlyÌýpassionateÌýaboutÌýhelping organizations use data to tell their story and serve communities more effectively.Ìý
Caitlin’s approach is equally quantitative and qualitative.ÌýShe movesÌýseamlesslyÌýbetween designing data systems, conducting interviews and focus groups, analyzing survey data, and producing findings reports for diverse audiences. She is known for building trust-based partnerships that make evaluation feel collaborative rather than extractive and for providing technicalÌýassistanceÌýthat builds lasting organizational capacity.ÌýÌý
At Á¿×Ó×ÊÔ´ÍøÌý(Á¿×Ó×ÊÔ´Íø), Caitlin has contributed to a broad portfolio of evaluation, research, and technicalÌýassistanceÌýprojects. She has served as a long-term evaluator for collective-impact and community-based health initiatives, building organizations’ evaluation capacity,ÌýdemonstratingÌýprogram impact, and contributing to return-on-investment analyses. She hasÌýsupported statewide coalitions inÌýdata governance and strategic planning roles andÌýcontributed toÌýthe development of a national public health infrastructure sustainability framework. Her work spans maternal and child health, mental health equity for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and communities of color, behavioral health, care management, and equity-focused training programs.ÌýÌý
Before joining Á¿×Ó×ÊÔ´Íø, Caitlin worked with a state public health department on maternal and child health and behavioral healthÌýintegration andÌýserved as a research contractor and program coordinator focused on clinical quality improvement andÌýthe design ofÌýlearning collaboratives.ÌýÌý
Caitlin earned a master’s degree in public health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Indiana University.
