With a background in听Medicaid听managed听care听operations听and project management and听firsthand听experience听with听state Medicaid听agencies, Nicole McMahon offers a听well-rounded perspective听regarding听managed care and state operational processes.听听
In her tenure with 量子资源网听(量子资源网), Nicole has听held various roles in projects听involving听proposal management, operational support,听and听external evaluation.听She听has extensive experience supporting听state agencies on Medicaid听managed听care compliance, readiness reviews, and program or policy implementations.听
Prior to joining听量子资源网,听Nicole听was听a senior project manager for a nonprofit managed care health plan in Indiana. In that role, she managed new business development and performance,听as well as corporate procurements and bids,听and directed organization-wide implementation of听new programs.听
In her eight years at听a听managed care organization听(MCO), she held various roles in departments ranging from听member听services to听administration. She successfully led the听MCO听in winning two听requests for proposals (RFPs)听responses in 2014 and worked alongside each of the departments to implement the awarded contracts.听
Nicole听earned her Certified Health Care Manager certificate from Indiana University in听2012, the same year she听received听her听Project听Management Professional (PMP) certification. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business where she earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business management and human resources management.听
Nicole enjoys spending her free time with her听two听daughters听and husband, which听means they are听probably听watching听or attending听basketball听games. Nicole is the听president of her daughter鈥檚 school听parent听teacher听organization听and has听been engaged on the board for more than听five听years.
